We will motivate you while giving guidance on form throughout the class, helping you keep your focus on building strength, endurance with individualized play lists to keep you pumping to the beat of the music and having fun. Instructors adjust for each level of fitness. All levels of fitness are welcome to each class.
Please arrive 10-15 mins early. We will get you acclimated to the bike and class structure. We encourage you to go at your own pace.

To prevent injury, we kindly ask you to not wear loose pants below the ankle. Indoor Cycling shoes with standard SPD Cleats are preferred. Sneakers are also allowed, will be fitted into bike cages by instructor.
*Street shoes are not permitted in studio: Kindly remove street shoes and bring clean fitness footwear into studio area.
Towels and mat will be provided as needed.
Water will be provided, kindly bring your own water bottle.
Changing rooms and wash room are located in back of studio.
We also have an area inside the studio so your items will be secure.
We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing valuables into the studio.
